Shipping and Return


We at Wehlers are very proud of an open to honest approach for all our stakeholders. Which is the basis for our finances, our suppliers, contacts, etc. to be found in our information section.


Return policy:

In all cases of purchase: All furniture can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

The return is handled by us - and we don't ask any questions and it doesn't cost anything. (Please note, however, that we would be very happy if the furniture can be picked up in the original box and that the furniture stands as they were purchased)

We have a two-year warranty and a "we don't ask any questions" policy- if the furniture is broken then we'll fix it or replace it.

Normally, we have all furniture furniture in stock, and send them off within 1-2 business days. In some cases, we can have up to 4 weeks waiting time for furniture. If this is the case, you will be informed of this at checkout.


Check-out policy:

When you create your order with Wehlers, we would like to ask you to enter your name, address and card information in order to process your order. The money will be withdrawn when the order is sent.

Upon free return, the order is refunded 5-10 days later. (this does not include days when the bank is closed. Holidays etc)


Discount for Environmental Freaks and Students:

Throw a comment on our Facebook page, wehlersdesign, where you can give an example of why the environment matters to you - and if you are a student, write what you are studying and why education is great. Then you will receive a discount code of 10%. (Can be used on new furniture and 'not already' discounted items)
